You have a good point there with Sakura, she got pretty strong in a very short amount of time and with very little magical training (I mean, she went from normal girl to 'most powerful wizard in the world' in what, a year?) And she did it all wearing cute outfits.
And while I wouldn't count what Lezard did after achieving godhood, what he did before that was pretty impressive, magically wise. Top student of the sorcery academy until he went all necromancer on everyone's arses and got himself THE Philosopher stone (in your face, Edward). He's Harry Potter gone wrong if you think about it, glasses and all.

Top student of the sorcery academy until he went all necromancer on everyone's arses and got himself THE Philosopher stone (in your face, Edward). Hey. That's not fair, considering what a philosopher stone is made of in the FMA universe. Ed and Al had chances to take, make, and use and passed it up constantly. Al only makes an excuse once during the end to save himself and Hienkel from Pride and Kimbley, and that's because Hienkel convinced him that the trapped souls also wanted to fight back against those that imprisoned them. So...not fair shot
