Once again, a nice reply eaten by Internet error gremlins claiming that hackers were out to steal my info. Really, really Kyoto guys. My Proboards password will certainly unlock the secrets to life and changing the universe as we know it.
As you were asking about my tea prefs/supplies, Solana, I do have a couple of scoop strainers that are meant for coffee (which I don't drink), but I know they work for sun tea as, back when I still had access to Teavana's Samurai Chai, I'd stick a scoop full into a gallon jug to sit all day. That stuff tasted way better cold than hot anyway (also I have an easily burnable mouth, even when I drink hot chocolate, it's really just above lukewarm). It really brought the spiciness out. So, I guess my prefs are in the spicy/fruity zone. Though, given that I haven't tried all that many different kinds, I'm not that restrictive. Just no lavender anything. Ever. I find even the smell of it to be kind of nauseating.
...I don't think hardly anyone knows where I live now, do they? Ha, ha. That might make things difficult.
I don't have that many physical books anymore to take up shelf space (most of my acquisitions now are e-books), but I do have autographed copies of the first two books of Luana Ehrlich's Titus Ray series. Back when my Dad was doing accordion activities in the Oklahoma area, he happened to stop at the Mardel's in Norman, OK, when she was doing a book signing (apparently, that's her hometown). My dad called me and asked if I'd ever heard of her/wanted to read the books. I hadn't heard of her, but said yes to the books and, well, they're good. I have the entire series to date, along with the other series she started in e-book form. I especially think of those books fondly now, though, for obvious reasons.
