Might as well do one for games since the anime one is so popular. Top 5 for me are:

5. Ar Tonelico had one of the best worlds and sets of characters I had come across since Lunar, and my fav pairing of the game had to be the hero and the depressed girl (Lyner/Aurica)

4. When I got a chance to play the first Grandia there was such an innocence to both the characters and their pairings. It's hard to not like them (Justin/Feena)

3. I'm sure this one is special in everyone's hearts, and few pictures sum it up better. Lunar's Last Dragonmaster and Goddess (Alex/Luna)

2. It's happened in many of their previous games, but the best version was in Breath of Fire III. She's strong willed and energetic, he's calm and quiet. Perfect compliments (Ryu/Nina)

And my number 1 pick has to be another couple from Lunar. They compliment each other greatly and because of that they just seem to fit (Nash/Mia).

Other honorable mentions were Nall/Ruby (Lunar EB), Hiro/Lucia (Lunar EB), Laharl/Flonne (Disgaea), Elc/Lieza (Arc the Lad II), and Lutz/Cheryl (Arc the Lad III).

Freyadour and Lyon, Suikoden V.

Tidus and Yuna, Final Fantasy X and X-2. I love this scene.
