I'm a console girl, but I've been watching Team Hatoful's playthrough and it is hilarious... and heart-breaking. They got to Hotland, but have been backtracking a bit. I haven't seen the ending or anything beyond Hotland, but am enjoying the ride and looking forward to discussing the game with a coworker when done.
I also think Aryn and Undyne would have one hell of an Iron Chef match.

I have been watching Undertale lately. I'd get it if it weren't for the fact I suck at bullet hell... and I'm too much of a wuss to even try a GENOCIDE run... and Flowey is creepy as hell.
And at least this way, I won't have to suffer from incidental music- *trips*
(Anon comes out of his room, playing the 'wha wha wha' on a trombone before going back inside.)

I couldn't do a Genocide Run. I've looked up the ending and... yeah.
My muse threw me some more details. Metaton is hosting a cooking contest involving human/monster teams. Aryn and Undyne would team up against Toriel and another human. Solana is Aryn's assistant and Papyrus would be helping Undyne.
The way I see this going, Undyne is getting way too trigger happy with the fire magic, and Aryn gets pissed because she's burning up the food and wasting ingredients. Undyne doesn't like this human pushing her around and challenges her to a match. Aryn accepts, and the two go at it with a flaming sword versus a magic spear. Meanwhile, Solana is trying to put out all the fires Undyne has caused and protecting everyone else from the spear attacks, leaving Papyrus to do the cooking.
They lose.
On the plus side, after the match, Aryn and Undyne become great friends and pen pals.

Well, it's a good thing you didn't, because beating a genocide run even once taints any further subsequent playthroughs. I think it's actually kind of brilliant that there's a near-permanent consequence (without messing with the game files to remove the genocide flag or redownloading the game, of course) for partaking in such an evil playthrough, and that the game actually calls us out on it.
And my first reaction to the final boss of a neutral run...
NOPE.
Which is funny, because that's exactly the kind of horror Ouroboros would be... which reminds me, I need to finish that, don't I?
But yeah. My favorite characters have to be Sans... and the Annoying Dog.
