Unfortunately, I did not have a tablet at the beginning of the first group’s sessions, nor the recording app. Thus, here is the intro for each character and I will try to fill in the blanks.
Session 1, Group 1-Shortened session. Only 3 of the 4 possible players. Pre audio recorder and sound effects.
Name: B (Brian)
Character: Artemis
Class: Rogue
Race: Halfling
Intro: Artemis arrived in the port city of Merbia, hearing about a good market district. Finding out where it is, he made his way into the hustle and bustle of stalls, stands, and the occasional shop. Shortly after arriving Artemis hears, “Stop. Thief.” He sees a young boy barreling away from a well-dressed portly man wearing many rings and other jewelry. The boy weaves through the people as the man yells, “Somebody, stop him.” Attempting to move out of the way, the boy weaves the same direction, causing the two to collide.
The boy gets up, and rushes off down the street and around the corner. Artemis quickly gets up and tries to follow. He sees the tail end of the kid duck down an alley. Rushing down the same alley, he sees an empty alley. After searching for a second, he finds a catch and a small door swings open. Inside the room he sees a kid’s hideout, three kids looking shocked, and one additional one in a small bed. Artemis, gives them the sage thief advice of “Be careful, and don’t get caught,” before leaving the same way he came in.
Artemis encounters Marko Syth, the portly man, who saw him chase after the kid. Artemis claimed that he lost the kid as soon as he rounded the corner. Marko, still seeing potential, decided to get to know this new arrival. The powerful merchant is always looking out for good people with skills. The two walk off to discuss things.

Character: Nemo (Abigale)
Class: Druid
Race: Half Elf
Intro: While on the boat, Nemo heard much about the generous mayor, who is always up for hiring people to fix problems for the good of the city. After getting her wolf (Wolfie/Fang) from the hold, she deboats and heads toward the middle of the city. After some searching she is able to find the home/government building of Mayor Jonothan Walt. She is ushered in by the butler (Jeeves) and meets the well dressed dwarven mayor. After being mistaken for a member of the Highland Mercenaries, and some floundering on Nemo’s part, the real representative enters in the form of Silas Cull (DM character), the half elf fighter. With his high charisma, Nemo is somewhat smitten, but with her low charisma, she is somewhat awkward around him. The mayor offers the quest to the two of them. Check the strange noises coming from the sewers.
In going down to the sewers, Nemo, Silas, and Wolfie/Fang look around the small area initially seeing nothing. As they went to leave, a few skeletons rose from one of the pools. After a brief battle in which Silas did most of the damage, the group left victorious the sewers to report back, get a drink, and allow Silas to talk to Nemo about the possibility of joining the Highland Mercenaries.

Character: “Tom”
Class: Bard
Race: Gnome
Intro: Hearing about a bar/inn where there owner is willing to trade work for a room, Tom headed there. After scoping out the fairly busy bar, Tom notices the stage and group currently on break. Asking to perform, he gets permission. Giving the performance of a lifetime (23 perform check), complete with a light show (gnome magic), Tom stuns the crowd. The owner, Amanda, offers a job performing shows for a room, plus tips. He accepts.
That evening, from his room Tom heard a scratching coming from downstairs. However, he decided to turn over and go to sleep instead.

Class: Sorcerer
Race: Half Elf
Intro: N/A. Enters later. Abigail/Nemo’s sister.
