Well, Session 2 is up. This is the one and only session with the character "Margatch." This is also the most "blue" session. Also, you may notice some differences in shop prices and general costs. This is because it wasn't until later that I began to keep track and standardize them.

Some of you may or may not have noticed, but I stopped posting the sessions of my games. This is not because of lack of time or drive or anything like that. Instead this was due to the recorded conttent. There were some things that were really "blue," which I am not a huge fan of, certain things said about coworkers and customers that were not terrible, but could be blown up bigger than they are if heard by the wrong people, and (and this is the biggest one) the players and myself forgetting about the recording. Often the recorder would pick up a side conversation (which has nothing to do with anything) over the main conversation which is necessary to the story. I myself would be guilty of issues such as using phrases like "you two hear it, but the rest of you don't." Because the listeners can see where I'm pointing. So, I just decided to cut things off.
That being said, I have to say that this game is going awesome. The players are getting into the heads of their characters, developing quirks, and creating the most amazing stories. Which brings us to the post. Even if the game is no longer going I need to tell the story.
Shastora, the chaotic/neutral human druid, having just come back from a rather long mission into the sewer (which included a couple of swims in the water) decides to "bathe." This consists of finding a well, and dumping two buckets of water over her head, clothes and all. She then proceeded upstairs to rest for the night, leaving her clothes in a wet heap on the floor. When she got up the next morning, she put on the same wet, smelly clothes and went to meet her team.
Lo Pan, the true neutral human rogue, who Shastora has the most respect for notices quickly the smell of sewer. Despite Shastora's protest of, "But I bathed," Lo Pan proceeded to explain the fundamentals of bathing including where to have one, after which she pushed Lo Pan out and decided to have one. While she bathed, the rest of the group began setting things up for the next part of the adventure. When she got done, she put on the same dirty, damp clothes back on and went to look for them.
When she finally found them Lo Pan had to explain the fundamentals of putting on clean, dry clothes after a bath too (not that she had any), to which she made the connection that one could save time by cleaning the clothes at the same time if one were to wear them into the bath.
These antics with Lo Pan as the straight man and Shastora as the goof have been going on since she entered the game and have kept me in stitches the whole time. I urge any of you to try to get into a game either with a group of friends or pick up a game at a local game store (even if you don't think you have one, you probably do somewhere), or run one yourself. Then you get to put your friends through all kinds of torment and watch them turn a 1-2 session scenario into a 4+ session (seriously this is going on now). And the more RP focused it is, the more fun it tends to get.
We've had some good stories already. Since I'm not doing the recordings, if I get the time or as more come up, I'll post more.
