Destination: Hyrule Field

Captain's log: Day one
I have a very bad feeling about this.
This was supposed to be just me. Me. Alone. I could handle it. I mean, Mom train me in spaceship control, Auntie Sae and Washu tought me maintance, and Dad tought me how to fight. I could handle what ever the universe could throw at me. But...
---------------
"Hey! Don't touch that!"
Caesar quit his typing at the captains chair to scream at Ilyane, who was playing with some of the controls. With every buttion push, the ship seemed to rock a little.
"I'm not doing anything!"
----------------
...it seems that I didn't make proper precautions on security.
Now i'm stuck with a bunch of freeloaders... and Auntie Solana.
----------------
"Good call, Caesar."
Looking up from the tablet again, Caesar smiles to his 'auntie' Solana. "If there's one person on this ship i'm not messing with, it's you, Auntie Solana."
Solana closes her eyes, and gives what could be described as the warmest smile possible. To an outsider, it could almost be considered mothery. To the Children, it could be considered either mothery... or a warning.
"That's good, Caesar. I don't want to have to contact your Mother, would I?"
Laughly nervously, Caesar goes back to work.
-----------------
But, ah well. At least it's not lonely. Our first stop is tomorrow. Might as well catch a few z's before we reach Hyrule.
-----------------
Hyrule Field
Lon-Lon Ranch
-----------------
With a quick flash of light, the Neo-Yagami had send the crew down into the fence not far from the ranch. Quickly looking around to see if they were spotted, Caesar sighs as he checks out his temperary new clothes. A dark blue, sleeveless shirt covered his body, with black pants. What appeared to be twin daggers on his sides were, in reality, his beloved twin pistols, hidden by a cloaking device.
"Stupid backwards planet. 'Can't use tech based beyond the 13 century.' What a croc."
"Quit whining," Ilyane muddered, checking out her own getup of a... strangely well known green tunic top with green shorts. "Why is it that I have to wear this?"
"Because Caesar says that it's worn by one of the people's in this world," Dante says with a smile. Tugging at his red shirt, he wipes the dirt off his hands and onto his black pants.
Illayne's eyes narrow. "What kind of people?"
Kalia taps Ilayne on the sholder, laughing gently. "Now, now. That's doesn't matter. What matters is getting the milk."
Spinning around, Kalia checks out the black dress that she picked out for herself. Satifised she turns to the Ranch. "Let's go, before Aunt Solana gets done with dinner."
---------------
"This is the money?"
Dante is gently playing with the gems in his hand, looking at them with doubt on his face. Swiping them, Caesar begins to walk toward the house. "Backwords planet, buddy. No credits here."
Frowning, Dante walks off toward the field. "Jeez, I thought Lunar's sliver was outdated."
Ignoring his friend, the rest of the group enter the house, and see a rather stange sight, that of a over-the-hill gentleman sleeping... with chickens.
Looking first at Kalia; who shrugs, and then Ilayne, who also shrugs, Caesar walks over and taps the man on the shoulder. "Hey, buddy."
The man keeps on snoring.
"Buddy."
Snoring.
"Hey, old man! Wake up! We wanna buy milk!"
Snoring.
The tick appears on Caesar's forehead. "WAKE YOUR OLD ASS UP!"
A snort, following by snoring.
Caesar's hand whips to his right gun. Before anyone could stop him, Caesar whips it out, points it to the ceiling, and pulls the trigger.
And while the old man snaps awake, Caesar quickly returns his gun to its belt, the cloaking device back up before the old man was any the wiser.
"Huh, what, who?!? What the heck happened to my cealin'?
Kalia jumped in front of Caesar, quickly grabbing the rupees out of his hand. "Hello there, mister..."
The man looks up, his face puzzled. "Um... Talon, but..."
"Yes, Mr. Talon, we have come here in a quest to obtain some of your farms legendary milk!"
"Umm... okay."
Reaching over behind the counter, Talon grabs a bottle of Lon-Lon Milk and hands it to Kalia. "Ten ruppees."
Smiling, Kalia looks at the Ruppes, and...
"Um, Caesar?"
"Huh?"
"What are each of these worth?"
"Beats me. I just cut down some grass outside of the Farm."
Looking down at the gems again, Kalia flashes a smile and shows the gems to Talon. "Umm... is this enough?"
Counting them over in his head, Talon shakes his head. "Nope. Three short."
Kalia and Ilyane look at each other, and smirk. Sadly for them, Caesar knows that smirk.
"Oh, Caesar..."
They turn around... to see nothing.
"Hey."
Kalia and Ilyane turn to look at Talon. "About my three ruppes..."
-------------------
"Rule number one: never try to pass the buck to the Captain."
Smiling to himself, Caesar begans to walk to the field, knowing well that Ilyane and Kalia could find their own way to get the milk. Either that, or they have to do some farm work. Either works for him.
As Caesar reaches the fence, a song enters his ears. Looking around, attempting to find the scorse of the song, Caesar is ill prepared for Dante, who is expertly riding a horse not far from him.
"Heads up, Pinky!"
Jumping out of the way, just in the nick of time, Caesar looks up to see Dante, standing on the back of a horse, and staying perfectly balanced. Smiling, Dante looks down at his friend. "What do you think?"
Caesar snorts. "Showoff."
"Not about that. About her. Quite the looker, huh?"
Dante points toward the center of the field, toward a figure in the middle. Narrowing his eyes, Caesar sees what his friend is talking about... and his Father's blood kicks in.
For in the middle of the field... was the farmer's daughter.
Flowing red hair, blowing in the wind. Sundress showing off her curves. Beautiful voice. Smiling face.
Caesar smiles. Dante shakes his head.
"Dante, old buddy. It's time for the old Catellena charm."
"Swell."
Dante smirks. If what he's heard from his father is true, the Catellena charm usually meant trouble.
---------------------
"How much grass do we have to cut?!?"
Now out in the field, Ilyane and Kalia were busy cutting some grass trying to find some more ruppes.
Kalia sighs. "Do you think it's weird that the best way to find money in this world is to cut grass?"
---------------------
"Why, hello there."
The red-haired girl looks over to see a young man, black bandana and all, smiling a million dollar smile at her. Returning the smile, she bows to the stranger. "It's nice to meet you. My name is Malon."
Gentlely taking her hand, Caesar holds it. "Malon? That's a beautiful name for a beautiful woman. My name is Caesar, and it is truly an honor to meet you." With that, Caesar gives her hand a small peck.
Blushing, Malon pulls her hand away. "My, aren't we foward?"
Bowing himself, Caesar looks up toward Malon. "Ma'mn, I am new to the area. I was wondering if you would be so kind as to accompany me in a tour of the area..."
----------------
Dante, now dismounted, stands next to the front fence. Watching Caesar try to woo Malon was on it's own great entertainment. Looking back, Dante saw two very dirty and moody women walking toward the field.
'Ah, yes. This is where it gets good.'
-----------------
...So, what do you say?"
Smiling, Malon laughs. "I would..."
"CAESAR!"
Stopping, Caesar turns around to see Kalia and Ilyane, looking like they just got done doing yardwork. Kalia is staring disappovingly at Caesar, while Ilyane... just looked pissed.
"We had to go everywhere in that damn field to find enough money to get your damn milk, and what do we find you doing?!? Flirting with some girl on the farm?!?"
Before Caesar could talk, Malon points to Ilyane. "Oh! You know a Fairy Kid?"
At this point, Caesar becomes slighty nervous.
"What, pray tell, is a 'Fairy Kid?'"
"Oh, they are the little people that live in the Lost Woods, not to far from here. They never grow past childhood."
At this point, Caesar becomes very nervous.
"Little... people...?"
Ilayne then screams, and kicks a stone... which in turns...
...nails a chicken.
"COCK-A-DOOODLE DOO!!!"
Everyone in the area stops in their tracks. Something is very wrong...
Malon looks to Caesar. "You need to get out of here! Your friend just hurt a chicken!"
Slight fear in his eyes, Caesar turns to Malon. "And... what happens when you hurt a chicken?"
"COCK A DOOOODLE DOOO!"
The sun seems to fade away, as something from the horizon blocks it out.
That thing...
Dante points his finger at the swarm. "Crap in a bucket! It's a swarm!"
...is a cloud of chickens.
"RUN AWAY!"
Quickly turning away from the swarm, Caesar looks to Malon, gives a quick smile, and waves. "I'll talk to you later!"
Shaking her head, Malon watches as the group runs away from the swarm of chickens. "What a strange gang."
--------------------
With a ding, the dinner that Solana had worked so hard on was compleated.
And, as if on cue, the doors open, and the gang walks in. Looking up, Solana smiles to the group. "Why hello, everyone! Did it...?
After absorbing what was in front of her, which was a bunch of teenagers covered in small cuts and feathers, Solana shakes her head and smiles. "At least you got the milk."
Placing the Lon Lon Milk into a long-term storage unit, Caesar slams the door shut. "Sure. So, whats for dinner, Auntie Solana?"
Smiling again, Solana presents her dish. "It's a little something that Aryn tought me. BBQed fried chicken!"
With that, all of the kids begin to shake.
"Chicken..."
"The claws...."
"The beak..."
--------------------
I've got a few more ideas for chapters, but if anyone's got an more ideas, i've all for hearing them. Toodles!
