(In another universe, you know, like the Dragon Ball Z movies...)
It had been a while sense Zero had seen his two students.
Infiniti, his elder student, had become the proud, powerful warrior that he had always imagined her to be. The training that Ninya had forced her through was working out, and he was confident that she would one day join them all in the ranks of the elite.
Negative, six years her younger brother, was a different matter. Not in terms of strength or skill; having a Rune Bearer in Roas training him helped him leaps in bounds in that deptarment. It was his growth as a man.
Or, as Zero put it, he's way too shy.
"Negative, could you do me a favor and move this for me?"
Looking up from his training, Negative sighed at Aryn, who was pointing to a rather large pile of spicy foods. "Miss Aryn, I don't get to train with Master Zero that often anymore..."
Zero groans. 'Here comes the kill shot.'
Smirking, Aryn slowly walks up to Negative, and bats her eyes. "Please?"
At this juncture, Negative freezes, and nods dumbly. Slowly walking over to the pile and lifts it up with noticeable effort. Just as slowly, he begins the long trek back to the Shrine, a laughing Aryn right behind him.
Throwing his daggers into the dirt, Zero walks over to a large tree and plops down into the shade. The first time in over five weeks that he gets to see one of his kids, and their training, once again, get interupted.
The feeling of a cool bottle of water touches his temple, and Zero looks up to see his other student staring at him, a smirk on her face. "Some things never change, huh Zero?"
Grabbing the water, Zero begins to chug it down while Infiniti sits next to him. After a long gulp, Zero turns to Infiniti. "You would think that simply hanging out with me for so long would get him over this; let alone training with Atrades. It's pitiful."
Infiniti shrugs, pulling out her own bottle of water. "It's you fault, you know. Until we settled here, we had no contact with anyone. His socal skills are off a few years."
Feeling the perverbal weight on his shoulders, Zero's neck bends a little to the left. "If it's my fault, then I guess it's my duty has his master to fix it."
Looking to the distance, a thought enters Zero's head. He keeps staring off, and Infiniti walks over to check out what he's looking at.
Looking at her Master's face, Infiniti smirks at the look.
Zero's old face. The once full of evil.
Giving an evil smirk of her own, Infiniti realizes what he's looking at. "You really want to do this?"
Zero laughs. "It's time we had some fun around here, kid. And the Tournament of Heroes is just what I need to get the characters together."

That's right. I'M starting the old game.
I know the last re-start didn't work out, but I wanna give it one more go.
Come on! One more Tournament of Heroes! Do it for Negs!
